In the day-to-day flow of corporate life, it is easy to get pulled in every direction. I founded Granite People Advisory to focus on what matters most, the work that has the greatest potential to make a positive difference at scale. For me, that means helping leaders cut through the noise, understand their workforce, and act on insights that truly move the organization forward.

Background

I bring more than twenty years of experience in people analytics, HR leadership, and organizational development. My career has included global roles at Nokia Networks, where I led programs in employee listening, predictive analytics, leadership development, and cultural integration across more than 100 countries. Earlier in my career, I served as an HR Director leading generalists, recruiting, and learning teams. That experience grounds my analytics and program management work in the realities of how organizations actually run.

Along the way, I built expertise in people data science, from survey design and predictive modeling to dashboards and reporting, and combined it with deep organizational development skills. This dual perspective means I understand not only the data but also how leaders and teams can act on it in practice.

I also hold a doctorate in organizational leadership and applied psychology, as well as certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). These credentials reflect both the academic grounding and the practical leadership experience that shape my approach.
